This is a consumer scheme authorised by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) and by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team t offer redress to consumers of Lettings, Property Management & Estate Agents.

Client Money Protection (CMP):

A&S are members of the NALS CMP scheme.  Licence No: A1406

This scheme offers recompense to tenants and landlords of rent and deposits where monies have been misappropriated or fraudulently used by a firm.

Deposit Protections Scheme (DPS)

A&S are registered with the Deposit DPS .  The original Government authorised Custodial scheme, protecting over 7.2 million deposits since 2007, and the largest provider of deposit protection scheme in the UK.
